“In recognition of Global Ethics Day, State Representative Tony McCombie, along with several of her legislative colleagues, announced plans to introduce legislation to create a State Ethics Task Force to tighten ethics rules within Illinois government.” — Illinois State House District 71, United States

“We held presentations and roundtables with invited experts on the following hot ethical issues at present such as artificial intelligence, cultural diversity impacts, and social networks. At the end of the day we added a symbolic touch—we launched a time capsule to be opened on Global Ethics Day 2030. This time capsule is both physical and digital, as it is saved in the cloud. It will contain answers from short questionnaires on perceptions of ethical behavior in Brazil in private companies, NGOs, government, and society both nowadays and their forecast for 2030.” — Germano, GEES, Brazil
